Use And Restrictions

Pattern Vista is a web platform dedicated to analyzing stock price patterns. Utilizing our proprietary algorithms, we delve into publicly available historical stock data to identify and showcase price charts that align with classic technical patterns. It's important to note that the outputs generated by our algorithms are intended solely for educational purposes. Pattern Vista does not provide investment advice, and users should not rely on our analysis as a basis for investment decisions.

Pattern Vista grants to Customer a restricted, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during the Subscription Period. This license shall automatically terminate upon expiration or non-renewal of the Subscription Period.

Without the prior written approval of Pattern Vista, the Customer may not distribute, publicly perform or display, lease, sell, transmit, transfer, publish, edit, copy, create derivative works from, rent, sub-license, distribute, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Services.

The license we grant to Customer is for personal use, and the Customer may not share Pattern Vista Services or Data, resell, permit other users access to our Services through the Customer's account, or use the Services to host, share, display, or provide content for others. The Customer may not copy or download any content from the Services.

Account Access and Payments

By registering an account on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. Our website offers a limited selection of content for free, and you can unlock full access by purchasing a Licence Key to activate a premium account.

Licence Key purchases are processed through a third-party platform (PayHip). You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. If a refund is issued, your activated account will revert to its free account status.

Modification of Services and Prices

We may change our product prices without notifying you in advance. We also have the right to alter or end our services (or any part of them) at any time, without letting you know beforehand.
